Club de Mar-Mallorca aims to be among the five best marinas in the Mediterranean.

The Club de Mar-Mallorca is set to receive a €60m investment by the end of 2023. This investment aims to upgrade the marina facilities and establish it as one of the top five marinas in the Mediterranean. The renovation plan includes the construction of a new superyacht jetty with 70 berths for yachts between 50m and 170m. The Club will also reduce the number of berths for smaller craft to accommodate larger yachts.

The Club’s working strategy will also be reviewed to make it more accessible to the city and public while maintaining exclusive access for members. The Club will undergo a complete overhaul, with all old buildings replaced with new facilities, including a high-end restaurant with a Michelin-star chef set to open this year. As part of the investment, the Club will embrace technological and environmental innovations, including an enhanced security system covering all boats and buildings on the club estate.

Unfortunately, however, this development will also cause inconveniences to our members and customers. This will be inevitable given the magnitude of the project in which we are immersed. For example, the disappearance of the old buildings will force us to install temporary modular offices from which we will attend to all our users with the same level of attention as always until the new buildings are built. We are also setting up a virtual office so that most of the administrative procedures needed can be carried out by telephone or telematically. This way we will avoid unnecessary journeys, given that the new temporary administrative area will have limited parking space.
