  • All booking administration, central booking office.
  • Regional market comps and positioning support.
  • Accounts payable, receivables oversight & management.
  • Monthly bank statement reconciliation.
  • Complete monthly financial reporting including profit & loss statement, balance sheet, rent roll.
  • Annual marina operating budget month by month planning, complete with projected cap-ex expense and complete anticipated labor cost breakout.
  • Equipment, dock, building, fuel system appraisal, and recommended maintenance & upgrades
  • Daily management protocols and operational checklist development.
  • Dedicated IT support. (Subject to additional fee).

Complex/large or Association-owned/managed properties priced individually and subject to complexity. Initialization (one-time setup) fees apply for all packages.
