The multimillion-dollar refurbishment of the Town of Palm Beach superyacht Marina is planned to be completed by November 1, 2021, with intentions to reopen on that date. The $40 million in improvements, according to the developers, would turn the traditional docks into a world-class yacht center that will welcome yachts ranging in size from 60 to 294 feet.
The new Town superyacht Marina will provide 84 slips along the classic Australian, Brazilian, and Peruvian docks, as well as a new 250ft Royal Palm Dock. Three fixed docks have been replaced with floating docks as part of the town marina renovation project. A fourth pier will be built at the marina’s northern end. Construction started in May 2020.
Since the 1940s, the location has served as the only public marina on the island of Palm Beach, providing berthing for power and sail vessels. Installation of high-speed WiFi, enhanced shore power, and cutting-edge security systems are all among the enhancements.
