RECONSTRUCTION OF GREEK PORT TO BEGIN NEXT WEEK
Aegina Perdika Marina is a popular sailing destination
The reconstruction of the small port of Perdika in Aegina, Greece – a very popular sailing destination in the Sardonic Gulf – will begin after this weekend’s Greek Orthodox Easter holiday.
Upgrades to the port are progressing at a feverish pace. According to a source at the construction firm, timely and regular financing has ensured that the project is developing quickly; the Attica region is doing all that it can so that all walks of people can return to the port very soon.
The works are expected to be completed later this year and the new upgraded port should be operating normally by summer.
