I am not a traditional consultant. I am a broker for marinas – and I mean that literally. Because I have learned that my clients do not need lengthy analyses, elaborate teasers, or basic introductions to due diligence. They know what they want. They know the value. And they know the market.

Focused on exclusivity, speed, and discretion, I connect serious buyers with off-market marina concession holders ready to sell. No detours, no overhead, and 100% confidential.

Good marina assets are available on the market for only a very short time. Those who get lost in explanations lose the asset. My clients decide quickly because they know what they are doing. I respect that, and I work the same way.

My expertise lies in structuring the acquisition in a way that raises no concerns with the concession authority. The regulatory frameworks differ in every EU country. I know them. I navigate them. And I ensure that your acquisition is legally and practically watertight.

I only share my time with concrete, serious investors. No general advisory sessions, no unnecessary exchanges. The initial consultation is free of charge and serves to get to know each other and to clarify your goals and possibilities.

If we move forward together, the following terms apply:

Front-up fee: €7,500 (one-time, at the start of the engagement)
Advisory hourly rate: €350 per hour (net)
Travel expenses: will be invoiced separately

Upon successful acquisition of a marina or winning a tender, the following applies in addition: €150,000 or 3 % of the transaction value.

This structure guarantees maximum transparency. You know exactly where you stand from the very beginning – and I can fully focus on your acquisition. If you know what you want, and if you value discretion, speed, and a secure closing – then let’s talk.

I prefer to communicate via WhatsApp – because I am constantly on the move, and because images, videos, and large PDFs are easiest and fastest to share there. Efficiency over formality.
