Marina offers mooring services that are provided to 89 moorings distributed in 2 pontoons. One of 176 m and the other of 115 m.

We are expecting a possible turnover of approx. 5 M €.
Annual income and expenses.
As justified by the economic-financial study to be provided when appropriate, the minimum total annual income amounts to approximately 5 million euros. The expenses, including the 14-year amortization, which is the estimated concession period foreseen in the next tender (15 years) minus one year necessary for the construction of the works to be offered, and the canon to be paid to the APB (Port Authority) and those corresponding to the development of cultural and sports activities offered, will amount to approximately 3 million euros.
Therefore, a minimum pre-tax profit of 2 million euros is foreseen.
