Kastela is a charming coastal town situated in the Splitsko-Dalmatinska županija region. This picturesque town is known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning seaside views. The region boasts a unique combination of historical sites, beautiful landscapes, and a vibrant local culture.
Kastela is strategically located along the Adriatic coast, making it an ideal destination for both domestic and international tourists. With its pleasant Mediterranean climate and numerous attractions, it has the potential to become a sought-after tourism hotspot.
The Urban Development Plan for the Kaštel-Sućurac-Sustipan tourist zone has been adopted, fulfilling all the prerequisites for obtaining a location permit. This opens up exciting opportunities for investment and development in the area, particularly in the field of tourism and marina infrastructure.
The project in question is the development of the “Adrianvil Marina,” covering an expansive area of 10 hectares. This ambitious venture aims to create a world-class nautical tourism destination. The marina is expected to accommodate up to 400 vessels, with moorings available for boats of various sizes.
One of the significant advantages of the location is its deep draft in the sea, which can accommodate boats of various sizes, making it suitable for both smaller and larger vessels.
The proximity to the Kaštel-Sućurac-Sustipan tourist zone and its connection to the Urban Development Plan present a favorable environment for this project’s success. It is anticipated that the marina will contribute significantly to the growth of tourism in the region, meeting the rising demand from both local and international tourists.
Investors and stakeholders should consider taking action to seize this unique opportunity for development and investment in the burgeoning tourism sector of Kastela. The potential of this project, combined with the supportive local infrastructure and planning, make it a promising prospect for those looking to enter the nautical tourism industry in the Splitsko-Dalmatinska županija region.
