The realization of Neviđane’s dream of becoming a premier nautical tourism destination is rooted in the visionary Spatial Development Plan of Pašman municipality. This forward-thinking plan outlines the construction of a cutting-edge nautical tourism port within the village, providing berths suitable for vessels with draft depths of approximately 2 to 3 meters.
At the heart of the project’s success lies the implementation of UDP 31, the Urban Development Plan that governs the coastal and harbor development to the southwest and southeast of Neviđane. This comprehensive plan will establish precise regulations and guidelines necessary for the establishment, operation, and sustainable management of the nautical tourism port.

Project realization model

The construction and commercial use of the Neviđane nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property.
