The “Podgora Marina” project envisions the creation of a dynamic nautical tourism destination with an anticipated capacity of approximately 200 moorings. This marina, spanning 3 hectares, will provide a serene setting for moored vessels.
With a sea draft ranging from 3 to 4 meters, Podgora Marina accommodates boats and yachts of various sizes, offering flexibility for maritime enthusiasts.
Thanks to the adoption of a detailed plan for the development of Podgore Center, all prerequisites for obtaining a location permit have been met. Project realization model
The construction and commercial use of the Podgora nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property.
