Project description
Within the framework of the Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality of Vir, the Marina Prezida project emerges as a significant endeavor. This nautical tourism port is poised to elevate Vir’s status as a premier maritime destination.
The Marina Prezida project envisions a modern and dynamic marina, offering moorings with a draft depth ranging from 2 to 3 meters. To bring this vision to fruition, an Urban Development Plan (UDP) for the entire area is essential. This UDP will play a crucial role in defining the number of berths, the allocated area, and other essential parameters necessary for the construction of the marina.
Vir’s commitment to sustainable development and its strategic location within the Zadar County, which envisions three nautical tourism ports in its Spatial Development Plan, positions the Marina Prezida project as a significant contributor to the island’s growth and prosperity.

Project realization model
The construction and commercial use of the Prezida nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property
