Project description

The Marina Proboj project envisions the creation of a modern and dynamic nautical tourism hub at the heart of Pag. It adheres meticulously to the town’s comprehensive spatial plan, poised to elevate Pag’s status as a sought-after coastal destination.
Interestingly, while the urban development plan for the settlement of Proboj currently does not include provisions for a nautical tourism port, it presents an exciting opportunity for visionary investors and developers to shape the future of Pag’s maritime landscape. This project will contribute significantly to the town’s growth and economic development.
The marina’s design will cater to vessels with draft depths ranging from 1 to 3 meters, ensuring accessibility and adaptability for a diverse range of boats and yachts. This flexibility enhances the marina’s potential to accommodate various maritime needs and preferences, appealing to a broad spectrum of seafaring enthusiasts.

Project realization model

The construction and commercial use of the Proboj nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property.
