Račica Marina, covering 4 hectares, is strategically located and poised to become a thriving center for nautical tourism. Whether it’s the historic Old Town or the pristine waters of the Adriatic, Stari Grad has all the elements to attract tourists from around the world.
The spatial plan of the Old Town envisages the construction of the Račica nautical tourism port with a maximum capacity of 190 berths, with the land and water area spanning 4.0 hectares. Project realization model
The construction and commercial use of the Račica nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property.
