The spatial plan of the Municipality of Pučišća envisions the construction of the port of nautical tourism Stipanska Luka with a maximum capacity of 130 berths. For the further development of the project, it is necessary to adopt the UPU “Stipanska Luka” – an area for catering and tourist purposes (T1) with a water area and a port of nautical tourism within the GPN Pučišća, encompassing approximately 2.4 hectares of land, 3.8 hectares of sea, and a total area of about 6.2 hectares.

The “Stipanska Marina” project envisions the creation of a dynamic nautical tourism destination with an anticipated capacity of 130 berths. This marina, spanning both land and sea, is designed to offer a tranquil setting for moored vessels.
With a sea draft ranging from 1 to 2 meters, Stipanska Marina accommodates boats and yachts of various sizes, offering flexibility for maritime enthusiasts.

The adoption of the UPU “Stipanska Luka” is crucial for the further development of the project. This planning process will determine the exact layout and optimize the integration of the marina into the natural surroundings, ensuring responsible and organized development.

Project realization model

The construction and commercial use of the Stipanska nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property.
