Location potential
Tisno, home to the Tisno Marina, presents an exceptional opportunity for nautical tourism development. This charming coastal town, located in Šibenik-Knin County, Croatia, boasts a perfect blend of natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, and tranquil seaside surroundings.
Tisno is ideally situated between the mainland and the island of Murter, offering visitors the chance to explore both worlds. The region features stunning coastal landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and a Mediterranean climate that beckon travelers seeking relaxation and adventure.
The spatial plan of the Municipality of Tisno envisions the construction of a nautical tourism port in the picturesque Luka bay. This marina is designed to accommodate 205 berths, providing a welcoming haven for boats and yachts of various sizes. According to the spatial plan of Šibenik-Knin County, the maximum area allocated for this marina is 4.7 hectares.
Amendments to the detailed development plan related to the construction of this promising marina are currently in progress, reflecting the region’s commitment to its development.
It’s worth noting that in 2013, the concession for the construction of the nautical tourism port of Tisno was revoked from the trading company “Agram Kaptol d.o.o.” due to its failure to fulfill contractual obligations in accordance with the concession agreement.
