The spatial plan of the Municipality of Šolta envisions the construction of a nautical tourism port in the bay of Livka with a capacity of 160 berths, spanning 2.92 hectares on land and 3.48 hectares on the sea, totaling 6.4 hectares. All prerequisites for obtaining a location permit have been met
Project description
The “Uvala Livka Marina” project envisions the establishment of a dynamic nautical tourism destination with an anticipated capacity of 160 berths. This marina, encompassing both land and sea, is designed to provide a serene setting for moored vessels.
With a sea draft ranging from 4 to 6 meters, Uvala Livka Marina accommodates boats and yachts of various sizes, offering flexibility for maritime enthusiasts.
The fulfillment of all prerequisites for obtaining a location permit underscores the readiness for the project’s development. The absence of maritime property registration is a noteworthy detail, and collaboration with Azurna uvala d.o.o. can facilitate the necessary processes.
Investors and developers are encouraged to explore the “Uvala Livka Marina” project, as it holds substantial potential for growth and success in Šolta. This opportunity combines natural beauty, a strategic location, and a commitment to responsible development practices, making it an enticing prospect for those seeking to enter the nautical tourism sector in this captivating destination.
Project realization model
The construction and commercial use of the Uvala Livka nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property.
