Location potential
Šibenik, a historic gem on the Croatian coast, is poised to unlock a significant opportunity for nautical tourism with the Uvala Stomuća Marina. This coastal city, located in Šibenik-Knin County, is renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and breathtaking seaside landscapes.
Uvala Stomuća, situated within Šibenik’s embrace, offers a picturesque location for a marina. Covering an expansive area of 10 hectares, this site holds the promise of becoming a premier nautical tourism destination.
The Spatial Plan of the City of Šibenik vividly envisions the construction of the Uvala Stomuća Marina in the former TEF area. The location boasts a sea draft ranging from 2 to 5 meters, accommodating boats and yachts of various sizes.
What sets this project apart is that, according to the spatial plan, there is no obligation to adopt an urban development plan for the area in question. This streamlined approach simplifies the development process and presents a unique opportunity for investors and developers to shape the future of nautical tourism in Šibenik.
