The Spatial Development Plan of Pašman municipality has set its sights on enhancing the allure of Ždrelac by envisioning the construction of a nautical tourism port in this stunning coastal town. This visionary project aims to provide a modern and well-equipped harbor for maritime enthusiasts, with vessels having draft depths ranging from 2 to 3.5 meters.
To bring this project to life, the implementation of UDP 7 is crucial—the UDP of the coastal and harbor development around the bay of St. Luka. This Urban Development Plan will outline the guidelines and regulations for the expansion and management of the harbor in Ždrelac.

Project realization model
The construction and commercial use of the Ždrelac nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property
