Location potential

Supetar, situated in a prime coastal location, is a town that holds the promise of a vibrant nautical tourism destination. Located on the island of Brač, it offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage. With its captivating landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and a Mediterranean climate that beckons visitors year-round, Supetar has the potential to become a sought-after destination for travelers.

The town’s strategic position along the coast and its connection to the Adriatic Sea make it an ideal setting for nautical tourism. Whether it’s the breathtaking coastal views or the rich historical sites, Supetar has all the ingredients to attract tourists from around the world.

To further unlock the potential of this location, the adoption of an Urban Development Plan is necessary. This plan will serve as a prerequisite for obtaining a location permit, setting the stage for streamlined development in the area

Project description

The “Malačnica Marina” project, while the exact size is currently unknown, envisions the creation of a thriving nautical tourism destination with a capacity to accommodate up to 250 vessels.

One of the marina’s noteworthy features is its accommodating sea draft, with depths ranging from 3 to 4 meters. This flexibility allows for the mooring of a variety of boats and yachts, making it an appealing choice for maritime enthusiasts.

For the further development of the project, the adoption of an Urban Development Plan is essential. This plan will pave the way for obtaining a location permit, streamlining the development process and making it an attractive opportunity for investors and stakeholders looking to participate in the burgeoning tourism and maritime industries of Supetar.

Investors and developers are encouraged to explore the “Malačnica Marina” project, as it holds significant potential for growth and success in the dynamic coastal town of Supetar on the island of Brač. This opportunity combines natural beauty, strategic location, and the necessary urban planning, making it a promising prospect for those seeking to enter the nautical tourism sector in this picturesque setting.

Project realization model

The construction and commercial use of the Mlačenica nautical tourism port, i.e. the maritime property, is granted in concession for a period of 30 years, counting from the day of the conclusion of the concession contract. The concessionaire will be selected based on a public tender announced by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Preparatory activities are being carried out for the purpose of calling for a public call for tenders for the award of a concession on maritime property.
