Marina de Boyardville – France – Poitou-Charentes

Marina de Boyardville is a small marina on the famous French Island of Île d’Orléan in the Bay of Biscay. The Island is close to the Atlantic coast of France and is in a protected region named the Natural Reserve Moëze-Oléron.

Local sites include the famous Napolenic era Fort Boyard and the Île d’Aix. The marina itself offers 130 berths for rent with water and electricity provided at the berths. Other facilities include secure parking and boat ramp. Shops, bars, restaurants and accommodation are less than a kilometre away.

The marina is sheltered from the the high tides and strong currents around the island by a sea-wall and lock system.
