WORK EXPERIENCE
Aleksa gained his working experience in facility management, QBS company in New York. At first engaged as an internship, on two occasions, during his studies, Alexa was involved in different company departments in order to gain insight into the way of the company business.

During 2017, in a period of 6 months, Aleksa was involved in the day-to-day running HR office, following and keeping records on workers’ hours, recruiting and selection, and all other administrative work.
The second occasion was during 2019. in a period of 6 months, Aleksa was involved in the business of the marketing and sales department, as a support for all marketing and sales activities including following the local market and finding new opportunities, organizing meetings, and presenting the company to new clients, preparing presentations meeting client needs, preparing offers, contract negotiations, participate in senior management meetings, etc.

After the last internship, Aleksa was offered contract employment for the position of Project manager. As a Project manager main responsibilities were: preparing financial analyses of the following projects, creating reports for management, responsible for a residence building facility, coordinating all communications and organization of work, maintaining good relationships with the client, and finding new clients and opportunities on the market. Although Aleksa was satisfied and generally happy in the company, after Aleksa’s wife got the job opportunity in Serbia, they decided to come back at the end of 2020 and settle down in Belgrade.
