Specialized Service Capabilities:
We offer complete care for Albosan Makina marine generators across Montenegro’s premier marinas, handling all mechanical, electrical, and cooling requirements with mobile on-site support, all at service costs up to 30% lower than in other major refit centres. Our technicians specialize in Kubota-powered Albo MS and TS series models, focusing on compact engine room configurations, low fuel consumption, and silent running performance.
-
Scheduled Preventive Maintenance: Performing complete engine oil changes using Kubota-approved 15W-40 grade lubricants, simultaneous replacement of fuel, oil, and air filter elements, plus thorough checks of coolant levels and drive belt tension, all strictly following Albosan Makina’s published service interval tables.
-
Electrical Output & Frequency Tuning: Testing alternator end windings with a megohmmeter and adjusting the automatic voltage regulator (AVR) to deliver stable 230V/50Hz output, followed by load-bank testing using resistive banks to verify clean sinusoidal waveform for sensitive radar, plotter, and galley equipment.
-
Cooling System Overhaul & Descaling: Chemical descaling of seawater heat exchanger tubes with non-aggressive acids, rebuilding the raw water pump with new impellers and shaft seals (Jabsco or Johnson), and replacing thermostats and pressure caps to restore factory-specified operating temperatures between 75–85°C.
-
Control Panel Diagnostics & Wiring: Systematic troubleshooting of both analog gauge panels and electronic Deep Sea or ComAp controllers, testing safety shutdown sensors (oil pressure, coolant temp, exhaust overheat), and repairing remote monitoring display interfaces for accurate fault code reporting.
-
Vibration Isolation & Soundproof Care: Inspecting all anti-vibration rubber mounts for compression set or cracking, checking soundproof canopy acoustic foam for delamination, and retorquing mounting bolts to ensure the unit’s signature silent operation and prevent structural resonance in the engine room.
Our mobile technical team inspects your generator’s operational parameters and fuel delivery systems to deliver targeted maintenance directly at your berth. Using authentic Albosan Makina and Kubota spare parts preserves factory warranties and ensures long-term power stability on the water—contact us in Montenegro for prompt, expert generator care.
