Upcoming French Marina Project Set to Debut in 2025
A sprawling 110-berth marina is on the horizon, poised to become a prominent landmark in the Île-de-France region of France.
Cormeilles-en-Parisis, a charming commune, is making significant strides towards unveiling a brand-new marina by the year 2025.
This ambitious venture will expand the berthing capacity of the Val-D’Oise department, located in the northern expanse of the country, as per a report by Les Echos.
Fayolle Marine, a local enterprise renowned for managing the esteemed Paris Arsenal marina and the Halte Nautique of La Villette marina, is set to operate this newly envisioned marina.
Situated within the Cormeilles-en-Parisis locale, the marina is an integral part of a larger residential development project. The undertaking encompasses the construction of approximately 1,200 residential units, along with an array of retail establishments, fine dining restaurants, educational institutions, and more.
Nestled alongside the scenic River Seine, the upcoming marina is poised to become a colossal facility, ultimately claiming the title of the largest of its kind in the entire Île-de-France region.
Earlier this calendar year, Hervé Berville, the French State Secretary for the Sea, confirmed that a substantial budget of €23 million (equivalent to US$25.2 million) has been earmarked by the government to catalyze the comprehensive rejuvenation and enhancement of multiple marinas dotting the picturesque landscape of France.
