-
Hydraulic System Diagnostics & Fluid Analysis: We perform comprehensive pressure testing, fluid purity checks, and manifold inspection for Naiad hydraulic power units (HPUs) to ensure reliable system response. Our detailed analysis identifies contamination, wear particles, or pressure imbalances early, enabling targeted corrective actions that prevent pump failure and restore full hydraulic efficiency.
-
Stabilizer Fin Overhaul & Resealing: Our team replaces fin shaft seals, upper/lower bearings, and hydraulic actuator cylinders during local dry dock periods to restore smooth, leak-free fin operation. This critical maintenance prevents seawater ingress, eliminates mechanical play, and ensures effective roll damping for enhanced onboard comfort.
-
Hydraulic Thruster Unit Servicing: We service bow and stern thruster hydraulic motors, gear housings, shaft seals, and propellers to maintain reliable thrust output and precise maneuverability. Our comprehensive care addresses wear on rotating components, ensuring responsive power for close-quarters handling and docking.
-
Electronic Control Calibration: Our team provides precision tuning of DATUM digital roll stabilization controllers and adaptive motion sensors for optimal anti-roll damping in all sea states. We calibrate control algorithms to your vessel’s unique characteristics, delivering instant, responsive fin adjustments that minimize roll motion.
-
Pump & Relief Valve Maintenance: We overhaul main engine-driven hydraulic pumps, proportional valves, and cooling heat exchangers to maintain consistent pressure and thermal balance. This specialized service eliminates erratic fin or thruster movement, reduces noise, and extends the service life of critical hydraulic components.
